By using our repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to maintain transparency and fairness in every service interaction.

1. Job Sheet and Bill Requirement

  • Customers must present the original job sheet or service bill at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery may be refused if these documents are not provided.

2. Warranty Repairs

  • For warranty-related services, customers must show the original purchase bill.
  • This is required to confirm warranty eligibility.

3. Replacement of Parts

DA Service Center may replace any defective parts with new, equivalent, or reconditioned parts depending on availability and suitability.

4. Third-Party Repairs

DA Service Center is not responsible for product reliability if the product has been tampered with by another technician or service provider, either before or after our service.

5. Data Backup Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting their product.
  • DA Service Center is not liable for data loss during repair.

6. Product Delivery Timeline

  • Products must be collected within 10 days after being marked ready for delivery.
  • A storage charge of Rs. 50 per day applies beyond this period, up to a maximum of 45 days.
  • After 45 days, the product may be disposed of to recover storage and repair costs.

7. Panel or Screen Repair Conditions

For panel or screen repairs, restoring the product to its original physical condition may not always be possible.

8. Service Denial After Approval

  • If a customer denies service after approval and after pickup, DA Service Center will not deliver the TV back to the customer's home.
  • The product must be collected from our branch after paying applicable charges.

9. Visit and Pickup Charges

  • Visit and pickup charges apply per TV and are non-refundable.
  • These charges are one-time payments and cannot be reimbursed.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a product for repair, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
